The Omics shared laboratory is a cutting-edge facility equipped with advanced molecular biology tools. It features the Singleron single cell sequencing system for high-resolution analysis of individual cells, allowing researchers to explore cellular heterogeneity in unprecedented detail. The lab is also equipped with an Agilent TapeStation, a versatile system for automated DNA and RNA quality control, which ensure accurate sample preparation. Additionally, the GridION and PromethION sequencers from Oxford Nanopore enable real-time, long-read sequencing, providing comprehensive genomic insights for a wide range of applications.
